Event Policies

Before participating in DAWN-sponsored activities, please click here and download the attached form. Please sign and return this form, along with a $50 registration fee to our office, at DAWN, Inc., 30 Broad Street, Suite #5, Denville, New Jersey 07834.

Transportation

If you are in need of transportation, please call the office at (973) 625-1940 no later than one week prior to an event to schedule transportation.
Call your county's transportation department two days prior to an event to establish your pick-up time.
To assist the scheduler and to show consideration for your fellow travelers, if you need to cancel pick-up, call transit at least two days in advance, or as soon as possible.

Disclaimer

DAWN provides transportation as an accommodation to ensure equal access to our activities.
We do not have control over the companies we contract with for this service. If there is a problem with the service provided, we will do our best to address it. However, you are encouraged to address issues on an individual basis.
Please note, due to the lack of transportation in the areas we serve, we are limited in the companies we can utilize.
We cannot make individual arrangements for attendees.
If there is an issue with another passenger, please attempt to address it immediately.
If you need a special accommodation (assistant, interpreter, Braille, etc), please inform us at least two weeks prior to an event.
